For anything related to your data: prodbyleftbehind@gmail.com.
What is collected
From the contact form: your name, email, subject and message. Legal basis: your consent in sending it.
From a purchase: name, email and any billing details you are asked to enter. Legal basis: performance of the contract and tax obligations.
No card data is collected. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe on their platform; this site never sees or stores card numbers.
Cookies and browser storage
This site uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, which is why you will not see a cookie consent banner.
Your browser's local storage is used to remember your cart and the player volume. That information never leaves your device and you can clear it by deleting the site's data.
The only first-party cookie is the admin panel session, used solely by the site owner.
Who else processes your data
Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Vercel (hosting) act as data processors. The embedded Spotify players may set Spotify's own cookies if you interact with them; that is governed by Spotify's privacy policy.
No information is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
How long it is kept
Contact messages are kept as long as useful to answer you, and at most one year from the last contact.
Purchase records are kept for the periods required by tax law, which in Spain is six years.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to prodbyleftbehind@gmail.com. You will get a reply within one month at most.
If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
